Mondays Self-Care and Share

 

When we met Sisie the therapy doggie, we knew that we could help you check all the boxes for Self-Care and Self-Soothing from Stress.
Come to the Library on Mondays at 3pm to sit in the meeting room where we have created a wonderful environment perfect for destressing. We have soothing lights,
lavender essential oils in the air,
we have lots of books for you to read,
a craft planned for you to try,
the room is cool so you can wear comfy socks and bring a blanket,
plug in your favorite music, and
journal your feelings…..and
pet Sisie our visiting therapy doggie.
