Let’s meet and learn how things work then we will take home a challenge and give it a try. Take pictures and share your results with the club or bring it to our next club meeting. Registration is required.

Leeds Jane Culbreth Library announces Fix It Fridays Fridays held from 10 am until 12 noon on the third Friday of each month. This is for all the weekend warriors with time on their hands and a long list of projects. We have books of how to do things from DIY gurus like Martha Stewart, Bob Villa and Chip and Joanna. Leeds Jane Culbreth Library presents Short Stories and Long Lunches. The first event is Friday, September 9 from 10 am until 11:30 am and will be held the second Friday of each month. Meet your friends at the library to check out a book of short stories; then, go across the street to The Three Earred Rabbit for lunch. Share and chat about your stories together. No registration for this event is needed. Be sure to show your library receipt to you server for a discount on lunch!

Leeds Jane Culbreth Library announces Find a New Book Fridays held from 10 am until 12 noon on the first Friday of each month. Join our September Select from the Classics Challenge! This month, we challenge all of our members from emergent readers to seasoned book lovers to choose a book from the classic section. We are going to display books children can read from the books we all loved when we were growing up. What book will you read? Tell us, we want to know!
